Meet Dr. Mitchell Strumpf

The Professional
& Personal Side

Dr. Mitchell Strumpf is a native Floridian and completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University. He then went on to complete dental school at the University of Maryland where he met his wife, Linda, who was a clinical instructor in the Dental Hygiene Department. They moved to Carswell Air Force Base in Texas where Dr. Strumpf served in the US Air Force Dental Corps for two years before moving back and going into private practice in Sarasota.

Dentistry is a labor of love for him and is one of his favorite hobbies along with golfing and visiting with his seven grandchildren who are scattered across the east coast (he and his wife have three happily married daughters). Dr. Strumpf belongs to a number of dental societies and is a lifetime member of the ADA and FDA. Over the course of his career, he has mentored many dentists, spoken internationally, and has served as a consultant to ABC’s TV Program, 20/20.
